Hola! I’m Norma Masip Gustems, a casting director based in Barcelona, Spain, with over 10 years of experience in commercials, feature films, TV series, and a wide range of projects of all sizes.
I specialize in real people casting and collaborate closely with professional actors, street casting, and models. I care deeply about representing the rich diversity of society and creating meaningful opportunities for underrepresented groups.
I work extensively across Barcelona, Madrid, and throughout Spain, while also collaborating with European talent. I’m also a Board Member of APDICE, the Spanish Casting Directors’ Guild, and a member of its DEI Committee.
